Specifications (STRICTLY) as below: 1 Quantity 50 Nos. 2 Seat Diameter 14 inches (350 mm) 3 Seat Thickness 2.5 inches (64 mm) 4 Overall Height 26.5 inches (673 mm) 5 Leg Frame Height 24 inches (610 mm) 6 Leg Distance (Front-to-Top) 14 × 14 inches (356 × 356 mm) 7 Frame Material Strictly 14-gauge steel throughout the complete stool structure 8 Leg & Support Pipe 1 × 1 inch (25 × 25 mm) square steel pipe, 14 gauge 9 Seat Cushion Premium-quality Multifoam or equivalent 10 Upholstery Premium-quality, durable fabric/leatherette with fine, uniform stitching 11 Design As per attached technical drawing 12 Finishing Smooth, durable, professionally finished, and free from defects; powder coating or paint finish
Specification
------------ The complete stool structure, including all four legs, square pipes, crossbars, supports, and other structural components, shall be manufactured strictly from 14-gauge steel. Use of any thinner-gauge material is strictly prohibited. Gauge and material thickness shall be physically verified by the purchaser, and non-compliant items shall be rejected. ------------ Only specialized furniture manufacturers and suppliers with relevant experience in steel furniture fabrication and upholstered seating shall participate. General-order suppliers or unrelated traders without relevant furniture-sector experience and technical capability shall not be considered eligible -------- The successful bidder shall submit one complete stool sample for physical inspection and approval before commencing bulk production ------- The stool shall be manufactured strictly according to the attached drawing and specified dimensions. Any deviation in design, dimensions, materials, or construction shall require prior written approval from the purchaser. --------- Final acceptance shall be subject to satisfactory inspection and verification of all supplied stools against the approved sample and tender specifications. Sample approval shall not constitute final acceptance of the bulk quantity.
