1. INVITATION & INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS:

Sealed quotations/bids are invited from active and eligible civil contractors/bidders registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the Maintenance and Upgradation of the Admin Section Washroom at Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), University of the Punjab, 87-West Canal Bank, Near Canal View Society, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore-53700. Submission Mode: All bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement and Electronic Procurement System (EPADS). Hard Copy / Handwritten Bids: Amounts must NOT be filled by hand; values must be typed in the document. Validity & Opening: All bids shall remain valid for 90 days from the opening date. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at CEMB.
