• Heating Pad (2kW, 30-70⁰C) • Insulation • Relative Humidity (RH) sensor (for aeration control) • PT100 Temperature Sensor • Temperature Controller • Geared Motor (1 hp, rotatable in both directions (15-30 rpm) • Air Blower (80-150 L/min) • Timer-Based Control Panel (Automatic control of heating, mixing and aeration cycles) • Emergency Stop Push Button & Indicator Lamps • AutoCut on overload for Shredder and mixer • Auto temperature change to 70⁰C for 24th hour • Machine Auto Off after 24 hours • Geared Motor (1 hp, rotatable in both directions (45-90rpm) • Installation, Testing & Commissioning
Specification
- Material Certificate of SS304 will be required. - Warranty of at least 2 years for motors and all electronic parts will be required. - Vendors having their own manufacturing expertise and earlier experience will be preferred. - Vendors having their own manufacturing facility will be preferred. - Vendors from Rawalpindi/Islamabad will be preferred. - Delivery time will be 3 weeks.
