Delivery: All items shall be delivered to the Campus Purchase Office at the designated campus location. The supplier shall be responsible for ensuring safe and timely delivery of all items.

Inspection and Acceptance: All supplied items shall be subject to inspection by the Campus Inspection Committee. Items will be accepted only after satisfactory inspection and approval by the Committee. Any item found to be defective, substandard, damaged, or not in accordance with the specified requirements shall be rejected and replaced by the supplier at no additional cost to the institution.
