1. All materials shall be new, of good quality and suitable for the intended purpose.

2. Cemented flower pots shall conform to the specified dimensions , strong and free from cracks or damage.

3. Each vehicle load of soil and manure shall mean one load delivered by a van, pickup or loader rickshaw (Raksha).

4. Rates shall include transportation, loading, unloading and all applicable taxes.

5. Delivery shall be made to RMC Lahore, and all items shall be inspected before acceptance.
