Physical Inspection: o Tires will be inspected at Risalpur by the PASDEC Technical Inspection Committee. o For Option B, acceptance is strictly subject to joint physical inspection verifying structural sound condition, remaining tread depth, and DOT manufacturing stamps. Any non-compliant item will be rejected at the supplier's risk and cost.
