NOTE-(1) Payment shall be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice upon completion of delivery of all goods. No advance payment shall be issued to supplier by NICL. (2) Charges must be Inclusive of Taxes as Per Applicable Tax Percentage. (3) If vendor refuses acceptances of Letter of Intent (if issued within the validity period of quote mentioned in scope of work) or does not accept Letter of award or does not fulfill the requirements as per scope of work or within the stated time, then award may be cancelled and vendor may be considered as ineligible for future procurement tasks. (4) The vendor must mention brand name /model and relevant specifications of each quoted items in specification field.
