Certification:
Compliance with Applicable Standards and other Food Safety Requirements (PSQCA, PCSIR, Halaal etc))
Packing/Labeling:
Food-grade, sealed, leak-proof and tamper-evident 1-litre Tetra Pack with mandatory labelling, including brand, batch number, manufacturing/expiry dates, nutritional information and storage instructions, as per applicable standards.
Remaining Shelf Life:
At least three (03) months from the date of delivery
Nutritional Requirements:
Calcium, protein, and fat content shall conform to the applicable PSQCA standard for full-cream UHT milk.
Sample Requirement:
The procuring agency may require samples from bidders for quality assessment and verification of compliance with the specified requirements
Replacement of Non-Conforming Goods:
Any pack found leaking, damaged, tampered with, spoiled, or otherwise non-compliant with the specified requirements shall be replaced by the supplier at its own cost.
