Providing and laying superb quality full body porcelain tiles, Ghani/Times/S-Tile or approved equivalent, size 600 × 600 mm or 600 × 1200 mm, in approved color, shade and finish. The work shall include proper preparation of the existing surface, including chipping of existing flooring and skirting/dado where specified; fixing with approved tile adhesive or ½-inch thick cement sand mortar in 1:2 ratio; matching grout and joint sealer; cutting, grinding, leveling, alignment, joint finishing, and all necessary materials, labor, tools, accessories, and incidental works required for complete installation, all as approved and directed by the Engineer In-Charge.
