Dismantling, breaking and removal of existing RCC machine foundation, including cutting and removal of reinforcement steel and embedded fixtures, using suitable tools and equipment, with due care to protect existing floor, structural members, services and surrounding finishes, including collection, loading, transportation and disposal of dismantled material/debris at approved dumping site, complete in all respects as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer In-charge. Dismantling and removal of existing terrazzo flooring, including breaking and removal of terrazzo topping and bedding layer, using suitable tools and equipment, with due care to protect existing floor slab, walls, services and surrounding finishes, including collection, loading, transportation and disposal of dismantled material/debris at approved dumping site, complete in all respects as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer In-charge. Measurement shall be made in cubic feet (Cft) of flooring actually dismantled and removed, and payment shall be made by measuring top surface area and subsequent average depth of flooring removed. Rate shall be, inclusive of all labour, tools, equipment, protection, transportation, disposal and incidental works. CFT

Complete dismantling of internal walls & other walls of toilet blocks and attached tea pantry required to be removed as per new layout plan for establishment of ladies and gents toilet block up to original RCC slab, including the removal of all doors, fittings/ fixtures, wall tiles, floor tiles, commodes, flush tanks, water supply pipes, waste water pipes, including the ceiling lights, unserviceable/useless electric wiring and its accessories/ conduits (PVC,GI) /fixtures/ hangers, channel patti, etc. Shifting and stacking the removed materials at the designated location within the Bank premises, handing over the removed fixtures to the Bank, temporary plugging of the lines where required, including stacking of serviceable materials at the designated locations within the premises and disposal of all debris away from the premises, making the alternate arrangements on water supply and sewerage lines in coordination with bank`s plumber and Site engineer. Complete in all respects as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer In-charge. Removal of existing tiles from walls which are not to be dismantled is also included in this item. Ensuring the debris removal on daily basis and maintaining the facility neat and clean of debris. SFT
