Tender description

  • Renovation Works at CDRI office, NARC
  • Providing and laying of porcelain tile grade 1 of size 2' x 2' in floor / skirting (Orient/Oreal/Times) of approved color and design using approved quality dry bond or cement based mortar, filling of joints with maching color filler including removal
  • Providing & applying 2 renewal coats of vinyle Emulsion paint (Dulux, Berger) to internal walls and ceiling including repair of cracks and surface if required, etc complete in all respect.
  • Providing and applying two renewal coats of wooden polishing with final coat of lacqure i/c sand pepering, cleaning, finishing, smooth, etc complete in all respect.
  • Providing and fixing fire rated best quality imported perforated roller blind (Sun screen) with complete fitting including wastage etc of approved design complete in all respect.
  • Repair and Adjustment of existing aluminum windows (02 widows having size (4.5'x4'), (04 windows having size (3.25'x6.5') including replacement of demaged part such as handle lock, wire gauze, window stay, magnatic catchers etc complete in all respec
  • Providing and fixing of 5 mm thick clear glass in existing aluminum windows/ fixed pannel including ruber gas kit icluding the removal of existing glass etc complete in all respect.
  • Repair of existing 02 lab benches with replacing of Top sheet of size (10.5'x3') using 16mm thick MDF laminated sheet with pvc edge lipping, fixing of handle with existing color and design and catchers etc complete in all respect.
  • Repair of 02 existing lab benches having size ( 10.25'x2') with fixing of edge lipping, fixing of handles, Locks and magnetic catchers etc complete in all respect.
  • Providing and fixing of best quality door closer for 12mm thick Glass section Double leaf door etc complete in all respect.
  • Providing and fixing of power plug face plate clipcel make 15~20 amp (copper point) with back box if required including fixing of wire 7/29 single core (25 mtr) fixing in the duct best quality etc complete in all respect.
  • Providing and fixing ceiling 56" dia (pak fan , Asia , Royal ) coper winding including electric connections and uninstallation of existing fans etc complete in all respect.
  • Supply and replacing switches face plates of (clipsel ) (01 switches 6+0 / 6gang ), (02 switches 3+0 / 3 gang), (04 Dimmers) including replacing of back boxes if required and connections etc complete in all respect and instruction of Engineer Inch
  • Providing and fixing uPVC (B class) water drainage of rain water from roof to ground using 4'' dia pipe i/c fillings connection etc complete in all respect and instruction of Engineer Incharg.
