Providing & fixing fireproof metal door as per below specifications: • Door Material : Cold rolled steel/Galvanized steel • Frame Material : Cold rolled steel/Galvanized steel • Insulation : Ceramic stiffened steel door • Color : Fire resistant Powder coated red color or as per approved. • Approval : Door and frame to be UL approved • Fire rating : 3 hours. • Temperature rise rating : 250 degrees Celsius • Vision Glass : As per UL requirement • Door Opening : Latch opening/push bar from inside • Door thickness : 1.8 inches approximately • Single Panel Door Size : Door Size (Size: 3'-4" x 7' approx.). The cost shall include dismantling / removal of existing doors & carefully placing at designated place within the bank premises, repair of door jams with 1:3 Cement Sand Mortar including preparation of surface for installation of new door frame, grouting of frame with 1:2:4 cement concrete and approved quality hold fasts and disposal of debris away from the Bank Premises. Complete in all respects as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer In-charge. Sft
