Eligibility Criteria
__EMPTY
Bidders are required to upload a file on letterhead at here (duly signed/stamped) by mentioning quoted model / brands, Unit rate, total Amount and grand total amount of items, failing which the bid may be rejected. In case of discrepancy found in grand total amount mentioned in the company letter head with that of mentioned over EPADS tab, CUI Lahore reserves the right to either accept the price quoted over EPADS tab or reject the offer.

Special Terms and Conditions of Contract

Contract Period: The rate contract shall remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of approval / issuance of 1st Purchase Order
__EMPTY
Contract Rates: The quoted rates shall remain firm and fixed throughout the contract period and shall include all applicable taxes, transportation, packing, loading and unloading charges.
__EMPTY
Nature of Contract: The contract shall be on a rate-contract basis. Quantities mentioned in the RFQ are estimated and actual purchases shall be made according to the requirements of the Procuring Agency.
__EMPTY
Supply Orders: Supplies shall be made against individual Purchase Orders issued by the Procuring Agency from time to time.
__EMPTY
Delivery Period: The supplier shall deliver the required items within seven (10) working days of issuance of the Purchase Order.
__EMPTY
Quality and Specifications: All items supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications mentioned in the RFQ. Items must be new, unused, genuine and free from defects.
__EMPTY
Inspection and Acceptance: All supplies shall be subject to inspection and verification by the authorized representative/inspection committee. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject substandard, damaged or non-conforming items.

Payment: Payment shall be made against the items successfully delivered against each Purchase Order, subject to verification and satisfactory acceptance by the concerned end user.
__EMPTY
Delay in Supply: In case of failure to deliver within the stipulated period, the Procuring Agency reserves the right to impose liquidated damages as per applicable PPRA rules.
__EMPTY
Price Escalation: No increase in quoted rates shall be allowed during the six-month contract period.
__EMPTY
Cancellation of Contract: The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the rate contract, wholly or partially, in case of unsatisfactory performance, repeated delays or breach of contractual terms and conditions.
