Remove the existing manual priming system from the fire tender, including the damaged / obsolete components. Job

Fabrication and installed a proper mounting bracket / support for the rotary vane priming pump Job

Connect the priming pump with the existing water pump suction / priming line using suitable flexible pipes, fittings, connectors, clamps and accessories Job

Supply and installed a suitable Rotary Vane Priming Pump, DC 24V, compatible with the fire tender's water pump system Job

Conduct a complete overhauling of centrifugal pump and where necessary replacement of seals and parts, i.e. gunmetal, bushes new made, "O" ring and replacement of bearings operational test of the fire tender water pump and ensure the priming system operates efficiently. The complete work shall include installation, fabrication, electrical connection, testing and commissioning of the new DC 24V Rotary Vane System. Job
