Specification
The bidder must visit the bank premises during office hours (i.e. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) to assess the repair and maintenance requirements of Cash Machine and submit their quotations accordingly. The bidder/vendor must make the Cash Machine in working conditions as per the requirements of Bank. The bidder/vendor must repair the Cash Machine within Bank Premises. The bidder/company preferably have experience in the repair and maintenance of the Cash Machines. Bank reserves the right to call for proof of experience. Warranty of minimum 03 months for the replaced parts to be provided by the vendor. The service provider will bear the cost of transportation and other allied costs involved in the repair of the machine. The quoted price must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. The service provider must have support/branch offices with enough personnel in Lahore, to provide timely technical support.
