* Dismantling and assessment of 05 direction control valve, valve block, manifold and associated piping * Repair and refurbishment of serviceable component, including cleaning, internal inspection, replacement of worn-out O-ring, springs and other defective internal parts as per requirement * Check, repair / refurbishment of hydraulic pipes, connections, union and fitting exhibiting leakage, corrosion, deformation and other defect * Check, repair / servicing of hydraulic jack including seals, piston rods, cylinder bores honing and refurbishment of jack cylinders, piston rod, other internal components, seal and other unserviceable components shall be carried out as necessary * Reinstallation of all repaired refurbished or replaced component ensuring proper alignment secure mounting and leaked proof connection Job
