Tender description

  • Civil Works at SBP BSC Sialkot New Office Building
  • Providing, mixing, laying and compacting lean cement concrete of 1 feet width x 4" thick x 52feet length in 1:3:6 ratio by volume as per specifications mentioned.
  • Providing/construction/making of Khurra (01 Nos) of minimum clear size 1ft x 2ft x 3inches or as per size of Angle iron and grating for the said khurra with brick masonary of 4" thickness and foundation of 1:3:6 PCC as per specifications mentioned.
  • Cutting/Removal/Dismantling of damaged portion of existing GI pipe water supply of 1" to 1.5" dia and repair work of the same as per specifications mentioned.
  • Removal/ dismantling of existing concrete pavers including the sand bed and excavation upto 5 feet deep in approx. 30sft area as per specifications mentioned.

Specification
Providing, mixing, laying and compacting lean cement concrete of 1 feet width x 4" thick x 52feet length in 1:3:6 ratio by volume using OP Cement, approved quality clean river/quarry sand and crush, laid under Edging Stone floors, Refixing/re-laying of pre-cast concrete pavers and edging stone (provided by the Bank and remaining to be supplied by contractor approx. 25 nos of size available at Bank and 30sft of pavers as per design available at Bank) dismantled for above works stacked at site, including the cost of stone dust (Khaka) required for bedding & grouting of the concrete pavers as per proper slopes and levels, complete in all respects as per original condition as per site requirement and as directed by the Engineer In-Charge. Approximate covered area of said work is 52 sft. %Job

Providing/construction/making of Khurra (01 Nos) of minimum clear size 1ft x 2ft x 3inches or as per size of Angle iron and grating for the said khurra with brick masonary of 4" thickness and foundation of 1:3:6 PCC with connection of the Khurra with exisitng drain pipe in such a ways that minimum slope mainted in this khurra will be 1" on the opposite side and plastering of all inner sides of wall with 1:4 cement sand plaster alongwith fixing of angle iron provided by the Bank for resting of top grating including curing as per standard practice complete in all respects as per site requirements including Backfilling & compaction of excavated material available at project site in excavated area as per site and as directed by the Engineer In-Charge. %Job

Cutting/Removal/Dismantling of damaged portion of existing GI pipe water supply of 1" to 1.5" dia. handing over the serviceable removed materials to the Bank and stacking the same at designated location within the Bank premises and disposal of debris away from the Bank premises, complete in all respects as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer In-Charge. Providing, supplying of necessary G.I. pipe fittings for said GI pipes repair including pipe joint, including the cost of required specials, etc , pipe nipples, unions, sockets, gaskets, teflon tape, and all accessories for replacement of damaged pipe section and installation of above said fitting / fixutres. Scope includes but not limited to threading, fabrication (if required) to ensure complete leak-proof system, cost of tools, consumables complete in all respects as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer In-Charge. %Job

Removal/ dismantling of existing concrete pavers including the sand bed, handing over removed pavers to the Bank and stacking the same at designated location within the Bank premises, dismantling of existing plain concrete floor near Fire Hydrant carefully and disposal of all debris away from the Bank premises complete in all respects as per site requirements and as directed by the Engineer In-Charge. Excavation for utility lines in ordinary soil up to 5ft depth from EGL dressing/leveling bottoms of excavated trenches/pits, disposal of surplus/un-wanted excavated materials away from the Bank premises, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer In-Charge.
