NAVTTC invites bids for engagement of international certification bodies to provide international certification for PMYSDP trainees in 16 high-demand trades including electrician, plumber, steel fixer, mason, carpenter, welder, crane operator and other skilled occupations. Single Stage-Two Envelope (Quality and Cost Based Selection) procedure will be used.
