SCOPE OF WORK:

The work shall include the inspection, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of the control board of the New Brunswick Fermentor 410 to restore its normal operational functionality.

The scope of work shall include:
Specification
1. Complete inspection and fault diagnosis of the existing control board.
Specification
2. Identification and repair/replacement of defective electronic components, including capacitors, resistors, ICs, relays, connectors, and other faulty components, wherever required.

3. Repair of damaged PCB tracks, soldering joints, and electronic circuits.
Specification
4. Checking and rectification of power supply, control signals, and associated electronic circuitry.

5. Testing and verification of the repaired board for proper functioning and compatibility with the Fermentor 410 system.

6. Reinstallation of the repaired control board and checking of the fermentor's operational functions.

7. Provision of a service/repair report detailing identified faults, repair work performed, and replaced components.

General Conditions

Repair shall be carried out by a technically competent and experienced technician.

All replacement components shall be of good quality and compatible with the original board.

Any replacement of major components shall be carried out with prior approval of CEMB.
